Here I am at my goal weight and feeling great! I have a plan in place to never gain back the weight that I lost. BUT, I didn’t always have a plan!
I heard Cherylanne speak to the Moms’ Group at my church and I thought to myself, maybe she can help me figure out a plan to not only lose weight but to be an overall happy, healthy person who feels great about her life. That’s exactly what Cherylanne does as a coach and for me this was my answer. I hired Cherylanne as my coach and she taught me so much about my life, the different parts of my life, how they all work together in a big circle, and what I felt I needed to improve on to feel happy in my life. It ended up that the biggest thing I needed to learn was how to eat—literally. I learned so much from Cherylanne about food and I was shocked at what I didn’t know about food labels, advertising on packaging, and what is healthy to eat.
– Cleared my house of junk foods
– Found an exercise I love – in my case running!
– Used an app (I like iTrack Bites)
– Ate really healthy breakfasts (Veg/fruit/Eggs)
– Stopped eating out
– Cut out frozen meals
– Ate a little each time I was hungry
In doing all of those things, I made it to my goal weight. I feel great in my new clothes and when that happens you automatically feel more confident about everything in your life—your friendships, work relationships, family relationships, your relationship with your spouse. Being healthy and fit helps all aspects of your life. Now that I’m at my goal weight, I know I have to keep doing the exact same things I did to get here.
