When I was little, I loved the Dear Abby feature in our daily newspaper. 

People would write in asking for perspective on life, relationships, work, conflict, and the complicated situations they found themselves in — and everyone reading could learn from the answers too.

I always thought it would be fun to be the person answering, and through the magic of the internet and podcasting, here we are!
