The Work From Home Playbook
~ with Cherylanne Skolnicki ~
A series of four one-hour LIVE trainings, delivered remotely + Q&A to help you forge a physically healthy, mentally strong & emotionally resilient virtual team.
The Work From Home Playbook is foundational to equipping companies who are transitioning to a virtual workforce. While our current environment presents new challenges to how we work, our business priorities haven't changed.
Teams are still expected to deliver results, but with incremental stress and distractions that come with working from home (sometimes while also managing children). Companies are already seeing a dip in productivity and engagement across their workforces.
At Brilliant Balance, this is where we can help. In fact, for a decade now, we've been teaching our clients how to manage the competing demands of work and home. We've taken the fundamentals from our existing coaching programs and tailored them to serve your organization right now.
Weekly LIVE Training and Q&A Sessions
To deliver this training, I'll host a series of four one-hour LIVE training, delivered remotely.
I'll also run a Q&A to get into the specific challenges your team is facing.
The goal is to help you sustain a physically healthy, mentally strong, & emotionally resilient virtual team.

STEP INTO AN INSPIRING COMMUNITY OF SUPPORT

Let's do this!
I'm Cherylanne Skolnicki, the founder of Brilliant Balance. I founded my company to help clients become physically healthy, mentally strong, and emotionally resilient - that's what my team and I strive to do every day through our coaching programs, events, and broadcasts.
When I think about what matters to me the list looks something like this: being fully present to my family of five, building strong relationships, having a deep faith, using my gifts and talents in service to others, investing in my community, taking care of my own health and well-being, and enjoying financial freedom. The life I’ve designed allows me to experience success in these pursuits...on my own terms.
And that is exactly what I want for the women I serve. My team and I are here to help you find work life brilliance.
You ready?
Let's be brilliant.
